We bake from scratch using local ingredients and time honoured recipes. You will find your favourites such as gingersnap cookies, date squares, oatmeal Belgian Chocolate cookies and brownies. We bake with butter and local eggs. From Ottawa our customers have brought our baked goods (especially our cookies) all over the world! Scratch Baking
All our doughs are made with quality ingredients (sourced locally when possible). Our bakery uses Canadian butter and fresh eggs from Beking's Poultry Farm, maple syrup and apples from local producers and fruit from the Niagara Region. We produce baked goods from traditional recipes that will remind you of how baking used to be! You will taste the quality in our traditional recipes that make our baked goods taste amazing!
